As an important component of the"four-in-one"housing security system in Shanghai,the sustainable operation of public rental housing is of great importance for ensuring people's livelihood and achieving the development goal of adequate housing.Based on the development status of public rental housing in Shanghai,the compilation of the Shang local standard Operation and Management Standard on Public Rental Housing can provide technical support for the operation and management works of public rental housing in Shanghai area.This paper has mainly analyzed the key technical points of the first draft of the standard and laid a foundation for its optimization and subsequent popularization and application.
