Along with the rapid development of economy,the industrial competition is increasingly aggravated.Only by adopting the advanced technologies can we ensure the effect of management and increase the economic income of enterprises.By analyzing and discussing the BIM technology in the management of commercial real estate projects,this paper has mainly introduced the relevant contents of BIM technology,analyzes the significance of BIM technology application in the management of commercial real estate projects and the existing problems in the current BIM technology application,and proposed the effective measures to comprehensively strengthen the application of BIM technology.
