摘要
高层住宅发生倾斜的原因较多,倾斜率过大会严重影响房屋结构安全。文章以某高层住宅为例,介绍其建筑结构概况、地基加固处理情况和沉降跟踪监测结果;同时,结合房屋出现的损坏状况,分析房屋产生倾斜的原因,得出高压旋喷注浆法不适用于既有高层住宅地基加固处理的结论。
There are many reasons for the tilt of high-rise residential buildings,and the excessive tilt rate will seriously affect the structural safety of buildings.By taking a high-rise residence as an example,this paper has introduced the general situation of its architectural structure,treatment of foundation reinforcement and monitoring results of settlement tracking;at the same time,by combining with the damage condition appeared to the house and analyzing the cause of the house tilt,it is concluded that the high-pressure rotaryjet grouting method is not suitable for the foundation reinforcement treatment of theexisting high-rise residential buildings.
