为了缓解电网压力,德国KfW集团为光伏电池储能系统(PV BESS)提供了一个新的资助计划,要求光伏入网功率不超过光伏发电设备额定功率的50%。文章通过对某栋德国居民建筑的家用光伏电池储能系统进行建模仿真,比较了几种不同的基于预测的运行策略。研究结果表明,基于预测的运行策略减少了能源的浪费,从而降低了平准化度电成本,采用可变入网限制可以进一步提高家用光伏电池储能系统经济效益。由于入网限制而产生的额外成本可以由KfW提供的资金来补偿。
In order to relieve the grid,Germany's KfW group has provided a new funding scheme for PV battery storage system(PV BESS),which requires that the feed-in should be limited to 50%of the rated PV power,power beyond this limit would be cut off.The results show that the forecast based operation strategies reduce energy waste and thus reduces the LCOE,and the application of variable feed-in limitation can further improve the economic benefits of PV home energy storage system.Additional costs due to limitation can be compensated by KfW funding.
