摘要
随着国家高速发展,我国成为了石油消费大国,石油的战略储备能力在近些年里突飞猛进,而原油的储存运输都离不开油罐.油罐在储运过程中底部会沉积形成胶状物质层——油泥.通过使用三相卧螺离心机,提高清洗储油罐工艺的自动化和现代化水平,提升清洗效率,并且由三相卧螺离心机分离出来的液体可以回收利用.该设备已经在西北部的某油田进行试验并成功运行.本文简述该设备在罐底油泥清洗工艺中的应用.
With the rapid development of our country,China has become a big country of oil consumption. In recent years,the strategic reserve capacity of oil has made rapid progress,and the storage and transportation of crude oil are inseparable from oil tanks. In the process of storage and transportation,the bottom of the oil tank will deposit into a layer of colloidal material-oil sludge. Through the use of three-phase horizontal screw centrifuge,the automation and modernization level of oil tank cleaning process is improved,and the cleaning efficiency is improved,and the liquid separated from the three-phase horizontal screw centrifuge can be recycled. One three-phase decanter is successfully applied and tested in an oil field in the Northwest.
