摘要
3-溴咔唑(BHC)是合成光电导体增感剂双(6-溴-9-乙基-咔唑-3-基)甲苯基碘盐的中间体,有机电致发光材料、空穴传输材料和医药中间体.本研究以咔唑为原料,通过引入N-乙酰基,经三个步骤合成目标产物.利用红外光谱、紫外光谱、X射线粉末衍射、气相色谱对3-溴咔唑进行分析表征,确定其结构和性质,为三步法工业化合成BHC,提供了基础试验数据.
The intermediate of bis(6-bromo-9-ethyl-carbazole-3-yl)methylphenyl iodide salt was synthesized by 3-bromo-9H-carbazole(BHC).It was an organic electroluminescent material,a hole transport material and a pharmaceu-tical intermediate.Introducing n-acetyl group,the target product was synthesized from carbazole in three steps.The struc-tures and properties of 3-bromo-9H-carbazole were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,ultraviolet spectroscopy,powder X-ray diffraction,Gas chromatography.The basic experimental data could be provided in three-step industrial synthesis of BHC.
