兼职教师是高职院校教师队伍的重要组成部分,剖析目前高职院校兼职教师队伍存在稳定性不够、教学能力参差不齐及缺乏科学管理等问题,提出从建立高效管理平台、加强教学培训及人文关怀等方面来推进高职院校兼职教师队伍的建设和高效管理.

The part-time teachers are an important part of the teachers’ team in higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current part-time teachers’ team in higher vocational colleges,such as insufficient stability,uneven teaching ability and lack of scientific management,and puts forward to promote the construction and efficient management of the part-time teachers’ team in Higher Vocational Colleges from the aspects of establishing an efficient management platform,strengthening teaching training and humanistic care.
