摘要
指出了随着畜禽规模化养殖业的快速发展,如何处理巨量畜禽粪便等有机废弃物就成为了环境治理一个广泛关注的社会问题。针对上述问题,提出了采用生物利用技术工艺与自动化处理系统相结合的处理方案,并对生物利用技术自动化处理工艺及系统进行了设计。经过6个月的制造、安装调试,日处理有机废弃物100t的系统已在湖南宁乡投入使用。结果表明:该系统处理能力大,实现了再生资源高效利用、占地面积小、劳动强度低,有效解决了制约畜禽规模化养殖业发展的瓶颈问题,为实现绿色生态农业的发展提供了保障,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
With the rapid development of large-scale livestock and poultry farming,how to deal with huge amounts of livestock and poultry manure and other organic waste has become a widely concerned social issue in environmental governance.In response to the above problems,this topic proposes a treatment scheme that combines bio-utilization technology with an automated processing system,and designs the bio-utilization technology automation process and system.After 6months of manufacturing,installation and commissioning,the system for processing 100tons of organic waste per day has been put into use in Ningxiang,Hunan.The system has a large processing capacity,realizes the efficient use of renewable resources,covers a small area,and has low labor intensity.It effectively solves the bottleneck problem that restricts the development of large-scale livestock and poultry industry and provides a guarantee for the development of green ecological agriculture in economic and social benefits.
