酶底物法测定水中总大肠菌群、粪大肠菌群和大肠埃希氏菌质量控制研究

Laboratory Quality Control of Enzyme Substrate Method for Determination of Total Coliform,Fecal Coliform and Escherichia Coli in Water

对水中总大肠菌群、粪大肠菌群和大肠埃希氏菌测定的酶底物法的实验室内质量控制进行了研究。结果表明:酶底物法可以通过加强实验室和实验过程的质量控制来获得更可靠、更准确的实验数据,以满足相关环境保护工作的要求。

In this paper,the laboratory quality control of enzymatic substrate method for total coliforms,fecal coliform and Escherichia coli in water was studied.The results showed that this method can obtain more reliable and accurate data by strengthening the quality control of the laboratory and the experimental process to meet the relevant environmental protection work.
