摘要
指出了钙-钠双碱法工艺运行大量关注了pH值、液气比等主要影响因素,这些直接关系到脱硫效率的高低,但很少关注回流再生以及氧化的水循环系统。主要针对双碱法再生循环系统,并以浙江某燃煤锅炉热电厂作为应用对象,通过研究调节回流比、沉淀池表面负荷、再生时间、氧化时间等因素,调整各项循环系统关键因素来解决双碱法不能长期稳定运行、系统内部易结垢、氧化不充分等问题。以此来进一步完善双碱法再生循环系统。
The operation of calcium-sodium Double Alkali Process has paid much attention to pH,liquid-gas ratio and other main factors,which are directly related to the desulfurization efficiency,but little attention has been paid to reflux regeneration and oxidation water cycle.This paper mainly aims at the double-alkali process recycling system,and takes a coal-fired boiler thermal power plant in Zhejiang as the application object,through studying the factors such as adjusting the reflux ratio,the surface load of the sedimentation tank,the regeneration time and the oxidation time,etc..The key factors of circulation system are adjusted to solve the problems of unstable operation,easy scaling and insufficient oxidation in the system.In this way,the recycling system of dual-alkali method is further improved.
