摘要
指出了我国建筑能耗在全国总能耗中占比较大,因而降低建筑能耗、实现建筑节能减排是目前迫切需要解决的重要课题。通过ECOTECT能耗分析软件对公共建筑进行了热环境模拟,并对其能耗数据进行了汇总分析,探索了建筑能耗的主要影响因素,提出了“互联网+”BIM技术建筑运维管理模式的理念,这为降低建筑能耗,推动绿色建筑发展和建筑业信息化提供新的路径。
Building energy consumption in China accounts for a large proportion of the total energy consumption,which is an important issue to be solved urgently.This paper analyzes the thermal environment of public buildings through ECOTECT energy consumption analysis software and summarizes the energy consumption data.It also explores the main factors affecting building energy consumption.The idea of“Internet+”BIM technology construction operation and maintenance management mode is put forward,which provides a new way to reduce building energy consumption,promote green building development and construction industry informatization.
