宜昌市农业绿色发展障碍度诊断

Study on the Obstacles of Agricultural Green Development in Yichang City

摘要 指出了农业绿色发展已成为我国当前乃至未来较长一段时间农业的重点工作内容。构建了评价宜昌市农业绿色发展的评价指标体系,并在此基础上,通过熵权TOPSIS法对14个指标计算了权重。对4个决策层14指标层进行障碍因素诊断后,发现农业用电系数、农民人均纯收入、单位面积农业GDP产值、人均耕地面积以及农药使用水平,说明农业用电系数、农民人均纯收入、单位面积农业GDP产值、人均耕地面积以及农药使用水平是最主要的制约宜昌市农业绿色发展的因素。 The green development of agriculture has become the focus of agriculture in China at present and in the future.An evaluation index system for evaluating the green development of agriculture in Yichang was constructed,and on this basis,the weights of 14indicators were calculated by the entropy weight TOPSIS method.After diagnosing obstacle factors in the four indicator layers of four decision-making levels,the coefficient of agricultural electricity consumption,per capita net income of farmers,agricultural GDP per unit area,per capita arable land area,and pesticide use level are found.the output value of agricultural GDP per unit area,the per capita arable land area and the level of pesticide use are the most important factors restricting the green development of agriculture in Yichang.
