挖掘城市矿产对“无废城市”建设的启示

Enlightenment From Mining Urban Minerals to the Construction of“No Waste City”

指出了工业革命以来,垃圾围城问题成为世界城市发展面临的严峻考验。进入21世纪,发达国家将零废物排放作为城市绿色发展的目标。中国是世界上最大的天然能源消费国,废弃物所造成的环境污染以及资源浪费问题逐渐受到社会各界广泛关注。目前我国无废城市建设试点工作正处于探索阶段,为此,分析了我国城市矿产发展路径、存在问题及成功经验,提出了相应的启示和建议,为我国无废城市建设提供参考。

Since the industrial revolution,the problem of garbage siege has become a severe test for the world’s urban development.In the 21st century,developed countries regard zero waste emission as the goal of green urban development.China is the largest consumer of natural energy around the world.Environmental pollution and resource waste caused by municipal waste are gradually attracting extensive attention from all sectors of society.At present,the construction of“no-waste city”in China is still in the exploration stage.This paper analyzes the development path,existing problems and successful experience of urban minerals,which provides references and suggestions for the construction of no-waste cities in China.
