摘要
指出了林业发展的脆弱可借由森林保险得到坚强的内在保障,宁南县森林保险工作虽起步较晚,但因其对林农的经济利益、林业经营风险进行了有效保障,却发展迅速。分析了宁南县近五年来森林保险工作中遇到的实际问题,并提出了相应的发展建议。
It is pointed out that the fragility of forestry development can be strongly protected by forest insurance.Weaknesses in forestry development can be secured by forest insurance.The forest insurance work in Ningnan County started late,while it developed rapidly because of it’s the economic interests of forest farmers and the risks of forestry management.This paper analyzes the practical problems encountered in forest insurance in Ningnan County in the past five years and puts forward some suggestions for development.
