基于系统论的全员育人协同机制构建——以海南省高校为例

The Construction of Cooperative Mechanism of All Staff Education Based on System Theory——Take colleges in Hainan Province as an example

随着国内社会经济水平的不断提升,教育行业也相应发生了变化,比较明显的是全员育人协同机制,逐渐在高校建设中得到了全面构建。这里所描述的全员育人系统机制,是基于基本系统理论下展开的,正是因为如此也就使得高校育人工作的开展,能够满足当前社会发展的基本要求。本文在接下来的部分,将会结合海南省高校为例,科学展开系统论基础下全员育人协同机制构建的分析,以希望为国内其他高校的开展提供参考建议。

With the continuous improvement of the domestic social and economic level,the education industry has also changed accordingly.It is obvious that the whole staff education and coordination mechanism has been gradually constructed in the construction of colleges and universities.The system mechanism of all staff education described here is based on the basic system theory.It is precisely because of this that the development of university education can meet the basic requirements of the current social development.In the next part of this paper,we will take colleges and universities in Hainan Province as an example to scientifically carry out the analysis of the construction of the cooperative mechanism of all staff education based on the system theory,in order to provide reference and suggestions for the development of other colleges and universities in China.
