摘要 产教融合是以高校、企业与政府合作机制下交叉合作育人,是应用型人才培养需求、交叉复合型人才培养深入的体现。学分互认体系是保障实现教育形式纵向沟通、横向衔接,搭建柔性人才培养的"立交桥"。通过不同类别在多样化的学习成果转化到应用型人才培养的完整性、真实性,体现出人才培养形式的灵活度。让不同的教育利益相关者都能体会到学分互认体系带来的联动反映,从而使教育能与时俱进,实现社会产教融合,让教育的利益相关者都能受益。 The integration of industry and education is based on the cross cooperation of universities,enterprises and the government.It is the embodiment of the application-oriented talents training demand and the cross compound talents training indepth.Credit mutual recognition system is an"Overpass"to ensure the realization of vertical communication and horizontal connection of education forms and to build flexible personnel training.Through the integrity and authenticity of the transformation of different types of learning achievements into application-oriented personnel training,it reflects the flexibility of personnel training form.So that different education stakeholders can realize the linkage reflection brought by the credit mutual recognition system,so that education can keep pace with the times,achieve the integration of social industry and education,so that education stakeholders can benefit.
