摘要
"金属材料与热处理"是研究金属材料的成分,热处理与金属材料组织性能间的关系和变化规律的科学的专业学科。具有专业知识覆盖面广、抽象难懂、概念繁多、记忆困难等重要特点。目前金属材料与热处理课程是绝大多数高校材料加工专业的专业基础必修课,开课时间基本设置在第二学年,学生普遍没有接触专业知识,专业理论基础薄弱,基础较差,学习过程比较吃力。本文主要从课程结构、教学改革以及生产实践等几个方面提出几点建议。
"Metal materials and heat treatment"is a scientific professional subject which studies the relationship between the composition of metal materials,the relationship between heat treatment and the microstructure and properties of metal materials and the law of change.It has many important characteristics,such as wide coverage of professional knowledge,difficult to understand abstractions,various concepts,and difficult to remember.At present,the course of metal materials and heat treatment is the basic required course for the major of material processing in most colleges and universities.The opening time of the course is basically set in the second academic year.Students generally do not have access to professional knowledge,the theoretical basis of the major is weak,the foundation is poor,and the learning process is relatively difficult.This paper puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of curriculum structure,teaching reform and production practice.
