摘要
翻转课堂教学给信息技术环境下课堂教学赋予新的意义。基于设计思维的课堂设计理念探讨,既是翻转课堂教学理念的贯彻,也为课堂教学设计实践提供理论支持。通过组织行为学课堂教学设计实践得出:运用整合、共生与生成理念进行教学设计,对促进信息技术环境下学习者知识的系统构建与内化、有效课堂和个性化学习有重要意义。
Flipped classroom teaching gives new meaning to classroom teaching in information technology environment.The discussion of classroom design concept based on design thinking is not only the implementation of flipped classroom teaching concept,but also provides theoretical support for classroom teaching design practice.Through the practice of classroom teaching design of organizational behavior,it is concluded that the application of integration,symbiosis and generation in teaching design is of great significance to promote the systematic construction and internalization of learners’knowledge,effective classroom and personalized learning in the information technology environment.
