摘要 农村学前教育是国民教育体系的重要组成部分。乡村振兴战略的深入落实推动我国农村幼儿园的办学条件不断改善,但是农村学前教育的生源问题仍然存在,"袖珍型"幼儿园的出现困扰着部分农村幼儿园的可持续发展。剖析这一问题背后原因,发现城乡资源配置不均衡导致城乡办园水平差距较大、农村劳动力进城务工、农村家庭教育的多样化选择等原因造成农村生源的内外交困,缓解这一窘境,需要农村幼儿园、政府教育部门、社会组织等多方力量协同发力。 Rural preschool education is an important part of the national education system.The further implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy promotes the continuous improvement of the school running conditions of Rural Kindergartens in China.However,the source of students in rural preschool education still exists.The emergence of"pocket"kindergartens puzzles the sustainable development of some rural kindergartens.By analyzing the reasons behind this problem,it is found that the unbalanced allocation of urban and rural resources leads to the large gap between the level of urban and rural parks,the rural labor force working in cities,the diversified choice of rural family education and other reasons,which cause the internal and external difficulties of rural students.To alleviate this dilemma,it needs the coordinated efforts of rural kindergarten,government education departments,social organizations and other forces.
