员工敬业度是事关企业经营成败的重要因素,当前我国企业员工敬业度低下,远低于世界平均水平,如何提升员工的敬业度已成为亟待解决的问题。企业可用"软硬兼施"的方法来提升员工敬业度,在体现科学性的"硬"措施的基础上,再采用体现艺术性的"软"措施,"软硬"结合以达到提升员工敬业度的目的。

Employee engagement is an important factor in business operations.At present,the employee engagement degree in our country is low,far below the world average level.How to improve employee engagement has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper proposes to use the method of"soft and hard"to enhance employee engagement.On the basis of the scientific"hard"measures,we take artistic"soft"measures to improve employee engagement degree.
