摘要
班级文化是作为社会群体的班级所有或部分成员共有的信念、价值观、态度的复合体。本文拟结合笔者所带班级的班级文化建设的实践,对班级文化建设历程做一个回顾,包括精神文化、制度文化、活动文化和环境文化四个方面文化的建设,从信念引领、制度规范、活动开展以及环境打造,提升学生的班级责任感与归属感。
Class culture is a complex of beliefs,values,and attitudes shared by all or some members of a class as a social group.This article intends to combine the practice of class culture construction in the class brought by the author,to review the course of class culture construction,including spiritual culture,system culture,activity culture and environmental culture,from the belief guidance,system norms,activities development and environment building to enhance students’sense of responsibility and belonging in the class.
