摘要
本文立足于目标管理的理论视角,通过与不同年级的学困生进行深度访谈,运用扎根理论分析访谈资料,构建了学困生成因模型,并指出学困生个人内部的自我管理技能缺失是造成学困现象的关键因素。之后,基于目标管理的基本过程,结合十大育人体系的相关内容,从目标设定,组织实施和检查评价三个阶段,对学困生转化路径进行了探索,研究成果对帮扶高校学困生具有重要的指导作用。
Based on the theoretical perspective of goal management,this paper analyzes the interview data by in-depth interviews with students with learning difficulties in different grades,constructs the cause model of learning difficulties,and points out that the lack of self-management skills within students with learning difficulties is the key factor causing learning difficulties.Then,based on the basic process of goal management,combined with the relevant contents of the top ten education system,from the three stages of goal setting,organization and implementation,inspection and evaluation,the transformation path of the students with learning difficulties is explored.The research results have an important guiding role in helping the students with learning difficulties.
