摘要 随着基础教育改革的不断深化,提升中小学校长的领导意识和课程领导力逐渐成为中小学开展课程教学改革的首要前提.校长课程领导力这一概念是指校长按照学校育人理念规划课程建设,是学校综合发展的内在需求,也是实现学生综合发展的内生动力,在中小学发展中占有重要地位.如今,部分中小学校长课程领导力面临一些现实困境,比如部分校长课程领导意识不强、领导方法不当、评价机制不完善等,需相关部门从提升课程领导理念着手,多方研究中小学校长课程领导力的提升策略,以期为中小学教育改革奠定坚实基础. With the deepening of the reform of basic education,improving the sense of leadership and curriculum leadership of primary and secondary school principals has gradually become the primary premise of curriculum teaching reform in pri-mary and secondary schools.The concept of principal's curriculum leadership refers to the principal's planning of curriculum construction according to the concept of school education,which is the internal demand of school comprehensive development and the endogenous power to realize the comprehensive development of students,and plays an important role in the develop-ment of primary and secondary schools.Nowadays,the curriculum leadership of some primary and secondary school principals is facing some practical difficulties,such as the lack of leadership awareness,improper leadership methods,imperfect evalua-tion mechanism,etc.it is necessary for relevant departments to start with the concept of curriculum leadership,and study the strategies of curriculum leadership improvement of primary and secondary school principals in many ways,in order to lay a solid foundation for the reform of primary and secondary education.
