精准扶贫背景下高校精准资助工作的若干思考

Some Thoughts on the Precise Aid Work of Colleges and Universities in the Context of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

目前,我国精准扶贫工作已进入攻坚阶段,高校是教育精准扶贫的主阵地之一,高校资助工作肩负着教育精准扶贫的重要使命.精准扶贫背景下,目前高校资助精准工作仍存在着资助工作队伍力量相对薄弱、对贫困学生的识别工作精准度不高、对困难学生的资助工作偏重基础物资性资助轻精神发展性资助等问题.面对现实问题,我们要加大人力、物力、财力投入;要做好资助对象的精准认定;要加快建设经济困难学生的发展性资助体系,推进教育精准扶贫工作扎实有效开展.

At present, China’s targeted poverty alleviation work has entered the critical stage. Colleges and universities are one of the main positions of targeted poverty alleviation in education. The university funding work shoulders the important mission of targeted poverty alleviation in education. In the context of targeted poverty alleviation, there are still some problems in the targeted work of university funding, such as the relatively weak support team, the low accuracy of identifying poor students,and the emphasis on basic material funding rather than spiritual development funding. In the face of practical problems, we need to increase investment in human, material and financial resources;do a good job in the accurate identification of funding objects;accelerate the construction of a development funding system for students with economic difficulties, and promote the solid and effective implementation of targeted poverty alleviation in education.
