高校机关党支部建设工作模式探索研究

高校机关党支部即是党的路线方针政策的贯彻者,又是联系教育管理党员的组织者,是做好高校机关党建工作的基石.当前,高校机关党支部建设仍存在支部设置不大合理、重业务轻党建、活动内容不够丰富等问题,本文联系工作实际提出了加强机关党支部建设的工作模式并进行了有益的探索.

The Party branch of institutions of higher learning is not only the implementer of the party’s line, principles and policies, but also the organizer of connecting education and management Party members. It is the cornerstone of the party construction of institutions of higher learning. At present, there are still some problems in the construction of the Party branch of the institutions of higher learning, such as the unreasonable establishment of the branch, the emphasis on business but less on the party construction, and the lack of rich activities. This paper puts forward the working mode of strengthening the construction of the Party branch of the institutions of higher learning and makes a useful exploration.
