退伍复学高职生德育内容优化路径探究

Research on the Optimized Path of the Content of Moral Education for the Retired Vocational College Students

强国梦和强军梦的感召下,高职生入伍已然构成了大学生入伍的主体.然而随着大量退伍高职生回归校园,学校还没有与之相应的德育方式.现有的德育内容与退伍复学群体产生了不协调:忽视该群体特性,德育内容过于笼统化;德育内容边界不清,容易造成退伍复学高职生价值模糊;德育内容过于程式化,存在消解退伍复学高职生超越性.结合退伍军人特性,从以军人赤诚为起点,强化价值认同勇担时代重任;以生命关怀为原点,整合德育内容激发最大潜能;以退伍复学为拐点,发扬军人本色打造工匠精神等路径尝试对德育内容进行优化.

Inspired by the dream of strengthening the country and the military, the enrollment of vocational college students has become the main body of the enrollment of college students. However, with a large number of retired vocational students returning to campus, there is no corresponding moral education mode in the school. The existing content of moral education is not in harmony with the retired vocational students: ignoring the characteristics of the group, the content of moral education is too general;the boundary of moral education content is unclear, which is easy to cause the value of the retired vocational students to be fuzzy;the content of moral education is too stylized, which has the transcendence of eliminating the retired vocational students. Combined with the characteristics of veterans, this paper attempts to optimize the moral education content from the following ways: starting with the sincerity of soldiers, strengthening the value recognition and shouldering the important task of the times;starting with the care for life, integrating the moral education content and stimulating the maximum potential;starting from the returning to school, carrying forward the true character of soldiers and building the spirit of craftsman.
