现代学徒制比较依赖于企业的资源、校外的实训以及企业的不积极参与等,使得我国现代学徒制的开展受到阻碍,所以在"互联网+"的时代中,应该加强校企之间的联合,调整人才培养的方案,从而走上基于"互联网+"背景下具有特色的学徒培训道路,不仅能够加强校企之间的合作,还能够提高人才培养的质量.文章阐述了"互联网+"现代学徒制职教模式发展的趋势,对"互联网+"和现代学徒制职教模式结合后出现的困境进行分析,并探究出"互联网+"背景下现代学徒制职教模式的实践,以期能够推动我国现代学徒制职教模式的发展.

Modern apprenticeship is more dependent on resources, training outside the enterprise and unactive participation of enterprises. This has hindered the development of modern apprenticeship in China. Therefore, in the era of "Internet plus", we should strengthen the combination of schools and enterprises, adjust the training plan of talents, and embark on the road of apprenticeship training based on the Internet plus. Strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises can also improve the quality of personnel training. The Internet plus the Internet apprenticeship mode of vocational education is analyzed.The difficulties of the combination of "Internet plus" and modern apprenticeship are discussed. The practice of modern apprenticeship in the context of Internet plus is explored, hoping to promote the development of modern apprenticeship in China.
