浅谈苏格拉底"产婆术"对当今教学的启示

古希腊著名思想家、哲学家、教育家苏格拉底的"产婆术"是一种教育方法,它有着许多的优点,例如:有利于师生平等关系的建立,营造民主的氛围;有利于开发学生的潜能,激发学生的学习积极主动性与求知欲等."产婆术"对于当今的教学活动也有着许多值得借鉴的地方,例如教师要尊重学生的主体地位;同时还要构建民主平等的师生关系;教师要注重开发学生潜能,激发学生的求知欲;并且教师在教学过程中提问要因人而异,因人施问,不要千篇一律等.通过对"产婆术"的适当运用,可以促进教学的顺利进行、教学效率的提高与学生能力的培养.

The"midwife technique"of Socrates,the famous thinker,philosopher and educator in ancient Greece,is an educational method with many advantages.It is beneficial to develop students'potential and stimulate their initiative and thirst for knowledge."Midwifery"also has a lot to learn from today's teaching activities.For example,teachers should respect students'dominant position.At the same time,the relationship between teachers and students should be democratic and equal.Teachers should pay attention to develop students'potential and stimulate their thirst for knowledge.And the teacher should ask different students different questions in the teaching process.The proper application of midwife technique can promote the smooth progress of teaching,the improvement of teaching efficiency and the cultivation of students'ability.
