道德榜样在当代思想政治教育中的功能及其实现路径

The Function of Moral Example in Contem porary Ideological and Political Education and its Realization Path

道德不仅可以反映出一定社会的人类生活状况,更能展示出当时人们的精神状态.道德榜样是学校乃至整个社会进行思想政治教育的重要载体,是社会成员补充"精神之钙"的必然要求,也是落实立德树人根本任务的内在需要.习近平总书记执政以来尤其重视道德建设,他强调:"要深入开展宣传学习活动,创新形式、注重实效,把道德模范的榜样力量转化为亿万群众的生动实践,在整个社会中形成一种崇尚善良、美好的浓厚氛围."[1]然而,在多元价值观激烈碰撞的今天,道德榜样精神已不能很好地被学习和承传,因此本文对道德榜样的思想政治教育功能进行了阐释,并从不同角度探讨了道德榜样思想政治教育功能实现的可行性路径,以期不断增强其思想政治教育功能发挥的有效性.

Morality can not only reflect the living conditions of human beings in a certain society,but also show the mental state of people at that time.Moral example is an important carrier for ideological and political education in schools and even in the whole society.General Secretary Xi Jinping has paid special attention to moral construction since he came into power.He stressed:"We should carry out in-depth publicity and learning activities,innovate forms,pay attention to actual results,transform the exemplary power of moral models into the vivid practice of hundreds of millions of people,and form a strong atmosphere of advocating kindness and beauty in the whole society".However,in today's fierce collision of multiple values,the spirit of moral example can no longer be well learned and passed on.Therefore this paper explains the ideological and political education function of moral example,and discusses the feasible path to realize the ideological and political education function of moral example from different angles,so as to continuously enhance the effectiveness of its ideological and political education function.
