现代学徒制背景下的学前教育"跟班制"教学模式探索

On the Teaching Mode of"Follow-up system"in Preschool Education under the Background of Modern Apprenticeship

"跟班制"是现代学徒制在学前教育专业的一种应用形式,学前教育专业高职生录取即入园,跟班实习,在幼儿园不同工作岗位上进行全方位实践锻炼,高职院校教师和幼儿园师傅双重指导,精确诊断实习生教学中存在的问题,每学期对实习情况进行双重考核,进一步加强校企一体化建设,凸显双元育人的办学特色.

"Follow-up system" is an application form of the modern apprenticeship system in the preschool education profession. Higher vocational students of preschool education majors are admitted into the park immediately, followed by internships,and conduct a full range of practical exercises in different jobs in the kindergarten. Kindergarten teachers double guidance, accurately diagnose the problems existing in the teaching of interns, conduct double assessments of internships every semester,further strengthen the integration of school-enterprise integration, and highlight the characteristics of dual education.
