摘要
单细胞测序技术是在单个细胞水平上,对基因组、转录组、表观组进行高通量测序的新技术,能够揭示单个细胞的基因结构和基因表达状态,是研究细胞异质性的有力工具。近十年来涌现出大量基于这项技术的生物细胞异质性研究,应用于肿瘤学、胚胎发育、神经生物学、免疫学等多个研究领域。在中医药领域科研中刚开始崭露头角,已经有利用单细胞测序进行中医方剂、中药作用机制等的科学研究。通过介绍单细胞测序技术概况以及现阶段在医学领域研究中的应用,论述单细胞测序在中医学研究中的可应用方向,拓展中医研究思路和方法,为探索中医药的现代化研究提供了新的支撑,大大加快传统中医药与现代生命科学技术的结合。
Single-cell sequencing technology is a new technique for high-throughput sequencing of genome,transcriptome and epigenome at the level of a single cell.It can reveal the gene structure and gene expression state of a single cell,and is a powerful tool for the study of cell heterogeneity.In the past decade,a large number of researches on biological cell heterogeneity based on this technology have emerged,which have been applied in oncology,embryonic development,neurobiology,immunology and other research fields.In the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)scientific research is just beginning to emerge,there has been the use of single cell sequencing of prescriptions,the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine and other scientific research.Through the introduction of single-celled sequencing technology and its application at present in the field of medical research,discusses the single-celled sequencing in TCM can be used in the study of the direction,to expand the research ideas and methods of TCM,to explore the modernization of TCM research provides new support,greatly accelerate the combination of TCM and modern life science and technology.
