井穴诊疗法的研究

Research on Diagnosis and Treatment UsingJing-well Points

井穴是位于人体四肢末节的腧穴。观察或检测井穴的相关变化可协助诊断疾病。刺灸井穴可治疗多种疾病,尤其是井穴刺络放血,是我国传统医学中常用的急救措施之一;现代临床也将该疗法用于急救内科疾病、中毒和外伤导致的昏迷,并从多角度阐释了其相关作用机制。井穴的临床运用还进一步扩展至其他领域,如预防保健等。本文以天津中医药大学实验针灸学团队多年来在井穴诊疗方面的研究成果为主,综合国内外有关井穴的研究,系统介绍了井穴在诊断和治疗方面的成果,并提出“井穴刺络,通调脑络”“刺激井穴,健脑启智”“十二井穴是调节植物神经功能的重要部位”等观点。

Jing-well points are located at the end of limbs.Observing or detecting changes of jing-well points may assist in the diagnosis of disease.Acupuncture and moxibustion at Jing-well points can treat a variety of diseases,especially bloodletting at Jing-well points,which is one of the commonly used first aid measures in traditional Chinese medicine.Modern clinics also use this therapy for emergency treatment of coma caused by internal medical diseases,poisoning and trauma,and explained its related mechanism of action from multiple angles.The clinical application of Jing-well points is also extended to other fields,such as prevention and health care.This article introduces research achievements on diagnosis and treatment using Jing-well points,which come from Research Center of Experimental Acupuncture Science and other research institutions at home and abroad.The research achievements on diagnosis and treatment using Jing-well points were concluded,the theory of stimulating Jing-well points can regulate blood circulation of brain,improve intelligence,and regulate the function of vegetative nerves were proposed.
