中国特色社会主义制度始终将人民放在至高位置,即将满足人民对美好生活的向往作为奋斗目标,将实现人民的全面发展作为根本的价值指归,充分体现了“人民至上”的价值原则。“人民至上”价值体系在马克思主义人民性思想中诞生,在党的艰苦奋斗中得到发展,在社会主义中国步入新时代之时取得创新成果;“人民至上”价值体系指引了社会主要矛盾的判断,发展了马克思主义及中国古代的人民性思想,指导了改善中国人民生活的实践;“人民至上”价值体系在主体上是整体与个体的统一,在尺度上是普遍与特殊的统一,在目标上是长远与现实的统一。从多维度认知中国特色社会主义制度“人民至上”价值体系,对中国特色社会主义制度显著优势的发挥具有重要意义。

The socialist system with Chinese characteristics always places“the people”in the supreme position,taking meeting the people’s yearning for a better life as the goal of all efforts,people’s all-round development as the value orientation,which gives full expression to the“people first”value principle.This value system originates from ancient Chinese and Marxist thoughts of people,has developed in the course of the party’s strenuous work,and achieved innovative results when the socialist China entered a new era;it is the principle for the judgment of major social contradictions,and the guideline in improving Chinese people’s life;it is the unity of the whole and the individual in subject,the universal and the special in scale,and the long-term and the present in the goal.It is of great significance to understand the value system from multiple dimensions for the full play of the advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.
