摘要
基于中国31个工业行业面板数据,采用中介效应模型,从自主创新、境外技术引进与境内技术引进3条技术进步路径入手,研究了环境规制对绿色全要素生产率的影响机制。结果显示:在综合效应和直接效应方面,环境规制对绿色全要素生产率增长具有显著促进作用;在间接传导机制方面,环境规制通过自主创新以及境外技术引进促进绿色全要素生产率提升,无法通过境内技术引进作用于绿色全要素生产率。为此,进一步构建调节效应模型,探讨了如何实现境内技术引进的中介作用。结果表明:技术吸收与技术改造在境内技术引进与绿色全要素生产率间发挥了显著的调节作用;随着技术吸收与技术改造投入的增加,境内技术对绿色全要素生产率的影响趋于显著,境内技术引进在环境规制与绿色全要素生产率间的中介作用逐渐显现。
Based on a sample of 31-indutry panel data,this paper use the mediation effect model to study the impact and transmission mechanism of environmental regulation on green total factor productivity in the perspective of independent innovation and technological introduction.The results show that:In terms of comprehensive effects and direct effects,the environmental regulation plays a significant role in promoting green total factor productivity.The environmental regulations enhance the green total factor productivity through independent innovation and the foreign technology.The domestic technology does not play an intermediary role.In addition,this paper constructs the moderating effect model to discuss how to improve the influence of domestic technology on green total factor productivity.The results show that:technological absorption and technological transformation play a significant role in the relationship between domestic technology and green total factor productivity.With the increase of investment in technology absorption and the technological transformation,the impact of domestic technology on green total factor productivity and the intermediary role of domestic technology between environmental regulation and green total factor productivity tend to be significant.
