随着人民生活水平的提高,人民群众对于夜间文化消费需求提出了更高的要求,推动文化与"夜经济"融合发展日益受到人民群众和政府的关注。在系统梳理和借鉴国内外既有研究成果的基础上,对文化与"夜经济"融合发展的历史和趋势问题进行了深入探讨,探析了新时代文化与"夜经济"融合发展的重大意义,并切实提出了推动新时代文化与"夜经济"融合发展的路径、对策和政策建议,强调要以培育新经济为核心集聚融合要素,以推动消费升级为核心增强融合活力,以"互联网+"为核心拓展融合效率,以搭建融合平台为核心提升融合品质,以加强规划管理为核心优化融合环境。

With the improvement of people's living standards,the people put forward higher requirements for the consumption of night culture.Promoting the integration of culture and“night economy”has increasingly attracted the attention of the people and the government.After systematically combing and drawing lessons from the existing research results at home and abroad,this paper probes deeply into the history and the trend of the integration of culture and“night economy”,explores the great significance of the integration of culture and“night economy”in the new era,and puts forward the path,countermeasures and policy suggestions to promote the integration of culture and“night economy”.This paper emphasize that the core element of convergence is the cultivation of new economy,the expansion of convergence efficiency should be based on“plus internet”,the improvement of the quality of convergence should take establishment of integration platform as the core measure,and the improvement of convergence environment should take the enhancement of planning and regulation as the core.
