补肾化瘀方联合戊酸雌二醇片对宫腔粘连术后子宫血流及炎症因子的影响

目的:观察补肾化瘀方联合戊酸雌二醇片对宫腔粘连术后子宫血流及炎症因子的影响。方法:128例按随机数字法分为观察组65例与对照组63例,观察组用补肾化瘀方联合戊酸雌二醇片,对照组用戊酸雌二醇片。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组RI、PI血流参数及TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8炎症因子指标优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾化瘀方联合戊酸雌二醇片对宫腔粘连术后子宫血流与炎症因子具有良好的改善作用。

Objective:To observe the effect of Bushen Huayu Recipe combined with Estradiol Valerate on uterine blood flow and inflammatory factors after intrauterine adhesion operation. Method: 128 cases were divided into two groups according to random number method, 65 cases in observation group and 63 cases in control group. The observation group were treated with Bushen Huayu Recipe combined with Estradiol Valerate Tablets, and the control group were treated Estradiol Valerate Tablets. Result: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The RI and PI blood flow parameters and inflammatory factors TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8 after treatment were superior to those before treatment,and the observation group were superior to the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Bushen Huayu Recipe combined with Estradiol Valerate Tablets could improve the uterine blood flow and inflammatory factors after intrauterine adhesion operation.
