微创经椎间孔椎体间融合术配合补阳还五汤治疗腰椎管狭窄症临床研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察微创经椎间孔椎体间融合术(MIS-TLIF)联合补阳还五汤治疗腰椎管狭窄症的疗效。方法:60例分为两组各30例。两组均用微创(MIS-TLIF)治疗,MIS-TLIF联合组加用补阳还五汤治疗。结果:两组均未出现明显并发症。MIS-TLIF联合组外周静脉血肌酸激酶含量、疼痛视觉模拟量表评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分均优于MIS-TLIF组(P<0.05)。结论:MIS-TLIF联合补阳还五汤治疗腰椎管狭窄症安全性好、术后疼痛轻、恢复快。 Objective:To observe the effect of minimally invasive transforaminal interbody fusion(MIS-TLIF) combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis. Method: 60 cases were divided into two groups,30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with minimally invasive(MIS-TLIF), and the combined MIS-TLIF group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in addition. Result: No obvious complications occurred in both groups. Peripheral venous blood creatine kinase content, pain visual analog scale score, and Oswestry dysfunction index score in the MIS-TLIF combination group were all better than those in the MIS-TLIF group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of MIS-TLIF and Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis is safe, with mild postoperative pain and rapid recovery.
