Application of Exogenous Protease in Feed Industry

蛋白酶是水解蛋白质肽链的一类酶的总称。在动物饲料中合理使用外源性蛋白酶能够降解饲料抗营养因子,提高日粮蛋白质消化利用率,维持肠道微生态平衡,促进肠道健康,提高动物生产性能。本文主要综述外源性蛋白酶的作用方式及其对动物生长性能和肠道健康的影响,以期为外源蛋白酶在饲料工业中的应用提供理论依据和实践参考。

Proteases are enzymes that hydrolyze peptidyl bonds. Many studies have confirmed that animal diets supplemented with exogenous protease can degrade the anti-nutritional factors, improve protein digestibility, optimize the gut health and improve animal performance with lower feed cost. This paper summarized the function and application of exogenous protease in animal diets to provide theoretical and practical reference for the application of exogenous protease in feed industry.
