饲粮添加铜对1~21日龄肉仔鸡生长性能和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Dietary Copper Supplementation on Growth Performance and Biochemical parameters in Serum of Broilers from 1 to 21 days of age

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平铜对1~21日龄肉仔鸡生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。选用192只初始体重(42.68±0.18)g的1日龄健康商品代爱拔益加(AA)肉公雏,随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复8只鸡。采用单因子完全随机试验设计,对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮(铜含量为5.17 mg/kg),其余2组分别在基础饲粮中添加6、12 mg/kg铜(源自无机硫酸铜),试验期21 d。结果表明:饲粮添加铜对1~21日龄肉仔鸡平均日增重、耗料增重比和死亡率均无显著影响;与对照组相比,饲粮中添加6 mg/kg或12 mg/kg铜显著降低了肉仔鸡平均日采食量;饲粮添加铜对21日龄肉仔鸡血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量均无显著影响;饲粮添加铜对21日龄肉仔鸡血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、尿酸和尿素氮、葡萄糖含量及碱性磷酸酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性均无显著影响。综上,饲粮添加无机硫酸铜形式的铜可降低1~21日龄肉仔鸡采食量,但对肉仔鸡其他生长性能指标及血清生化指标均无不良影响。 The objective of this experiment was to investigate the effect of dietary supplemental copper(Cu)levels on growth performance and serum biochemical parameters of broilers(initial body weight:42.68±0.18 g).A total of 192 oneday-old Arbor Acres(AA)male broilers were randomly allocated to one of three treatments(eight replicate cages of eight chicks per cage)in a completely randomized design.Broilers were fed on Cu-unsupplemented corn-soybean meal basal diets containing 5.17 mg/kg Cu or basal diets supplemented with 6 or 12 mg/kg Cu as Cu sulfate for the duration of 21 days.The results showed that dietary supplementation of Cu had no effect(P>0.05)on the average daily gain,feed/gain and mortality of broilers from 1 to 21 days of age,but affected(P<0.05)the average daily feed intake(ADFI).Compared with the control group,dietary supplementation of copper at 6 or 12 mg/kg reduced(P<0.05)ADFI of broilers from 1 to 21 days of age.Copper supplementation did not affect(P>0.05)the concentrations of total cholesterol,total triglycerides,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the serum on d 21.In addition,copper supplementation had no effect(P>0.05)on the concentrations of total protein,albumin,globulin,uric acid,urea nitrogen and glucose,and activities of alkaline phosphatase,alanine transaminase and aspartate aminotransferase in the serum on d 21.These results indicate that dietary supplementation of Cu as Cu sulfate can decrease ADFI of broilers from 1 to 21 days of age,but have no adverse effect on the other growth performance parameters and serum biochemical indices of broilers.
