摘要
【火用】分析法是建立在热力学第一、第二定律上的能量的量与质统一的分析方法,能够全面揭示工艺系统及单元设备有效能损失的环节及大小,更加针对性的进行节能优化与改造。阐述了【火用】的概念、分类、计算、【火用】损失及【火用】分析法的步骤等基本理论,着重介绍了【火用】分析法在评价分离方案及指导节能工作方面的研究进展。同时,将【火用】分析法应用于重整装置,调优后,装置的瓦斯气用量降低了19.51%,总体【火用】损失降低了13.32%。最后指出了目前?分析法存在的问题及今后的研究方向。
Exergy analysis is an analysis method that can unify the quantity and quality of energy based on the first and second law of thermodynamics.Exergy analysis can fully reveal the links and sizes of effective energy loss of process system and unit equipment,and thus enable more targeted energy-saving optimization and renovation.The concept,classification,calculation,exergy loss,and the steps of exergy analysis were elaborated in this paper,with focus on the research progress in evaluation of separation scheme and guidance of energy-saving.Meanwhile,the exergy analysis was applied to the continuous catalytic reforming(CCR)unit,saved fuel gas by 19.51%and reduced exergy loss by 13.32%after optimization.Finally,the existing problems and the research direction in the future were pointed out.
