摘要
针对马寨油田产出水"四高一低"的特点及污水处理污泥量大的问题,马寨污水站微生物水处理技术采用活性污泥法,"微生物+低能耗管式膜"处理工艺,达到提高出水水质、减少污泥量的目的。应用该工艺技术后,马寨污水站出水水质达到《碎屑岩油藏注水水质指标及分析方法》(SY/T 5239—2012)中要求的Ⅰ级标准,污泥量减少95%,综合运行成本降低0.43元/m^3,消除了环保隐患,满足了马寨低渗、特低渗油藏精细注水开发需要。
In view of the problems of the"four high and one low"water produced in Mazhai oilfield and the large amount of sludge in sewage treatment,the activated sludge process and"microorganism plus low-energy tubular membrane"process are adopted in the microbial water treatment technology in Mazhai sewage treatment station,in order to improve the quality of effluent water and reduce the amount of sludge.After the application of this technology,the effluent quality in Mazhai sewage treatment station has reached grade I standard required by Index and Analysis Method for the Water Quality Injected in Clastic Rock Reservoirs(SY/T 5239—2012),the sludge volume has been reduced by 95%,the comprehensive operation cost has been reduced by 0.43 yuan/m^3,the environmental hazards has been solved,and the fine water injection development needs for Mazhai low permeability and ultra-low permeability reservoir have been met.
