摘要 滴灌是我国尤其是干旱区新疆农业高效节水灌溉的主要模式,随着滴灌技术规模化应用及提质增效的要求,大力发展应用滴灌自动化技术提升灌溉运行管理水平显得十分迫切。针对目前国内滴灌自动化灌溉系统关键技术之一的终端控制阀在田间应用过程中存在对灌溉水质和杂物处理运行能力不足等问题,研发出了基于互联网的新型节水灌溉自动化控制系统技术。本文利用这一新型自动化灌溉控制技术,在新疆博州灌溉试验站进行了为期2年的技术示范应用。结果表明,①新型节水灌溉自动化控制系统田间终端控制阀有明显的结构优势,对现有终端控制阀改进成为较大口径的过水通道,解决了灌溉水质含沙量较大难处理困境;②具有灌溉系统故障自动检测推送功能,保障了灌溉系统及时更换部件,提升了灌溉运行时效性;③对灌溉系统控制器模块断电、太阳能电池、存储器、电机及电缆等故障具有诊断检测推送功能,为自动化灌溉控制系统运行管护提供了技术保障。 Drip irrigation is the main mode of agricultural efficient water saving irrigation in China,especially in the arid area of Xinjiang.With the large-scale application of drip irrigation technology and the requirement of improving quality and efficiency,it is very urgent to develop the application of drip irrigation automation technology to improve the level of irrigation operation and management.In view of the problems of terminal controlvalve,which is one of the key technologies of drip irrigation automation system in China,in the field application process,such as the insufficient ability to deal with irrigation water quality and sundries,a new type of water saving irrigation automation control system technology based on Internet is developed.The results showed that the field terminal control valve of the new type water saving irrigation automation control system had obvious structural advantages.The existing terminal control valve was improved into a large-diameter water passage,which solved the difficult problem of large sediment concentration in irrigation water.It had the function of automatic detection and push of irrigation system faults,which ensured the timely replacement of irrigation system components and improved the timeliness of irrigation operation.It had the function of diagnosis,detection and push of irrigation system controller module power failure,solar cell,memory,motor and cable faults,which provided technical support for the operation and management of automatic irrigation control system.
