政策对长春市农业农村发展的影响及评价

Impact and Evaluation of Policies on Agricultural and Rural Development in Changchun City

基于可视化云分析法,对长春市农业农村发展相关的83份政策、规划文件中的关键词进行词频统计,排在前5位的热词分别为"科技""文化""制度""加工"和"资金"。农业政策的发布和实施明显促进了长春市农业现代化的发展,加快了新农村建设步伐,但还存在乡村发展动力不足、农民增收困难等问题。建议结合乡村自身优势和特点,抓住政策红利,寻找长春市乡村发展的内生动力源,拓宽农民增收渠道。

Based on the visualization cloud method,the key words in 83 policies and planning documents related to agricultural and rural development in Changchun City were counted.The top five hot words were science and technology,culture,regulation,processing and funds.The promu-lgation and implementation of agricultural policies had obviously promoted the development of agricultural modernization in Changchun City and accelerated the pace of new rural construction.However,there were still problems such as insufficient rural development power and difficulties for farmers to increase their income.It was recommended to combine the advantages and characteristics of the village itself,seize the policy dividend,look for the endogenous power source of rural development in Changchun City,and broaden the channels for farmers to increase income.
