南京地区桩基静载检测现状及监管对策

Detection Status Quo and Supervision Countermeasures of the Pile Static Load in Nanjing Area

静载试验是检测桩基承载力最有效和运用最广泛的检测方法,由于检测机构自身管理不善及政府对其的监管缺失,造成检测机构的检测水平参次不齐,检测数据粗糙可疑。论文介绍了南京市江北新区的经验做法,通过制定管理文件,加强检查通报,扭转了静载检测不良局面,取得了良好的效果,为行业监管提供参考。

Static load test is the most effective and widely used method to test the bearing capacity of pile foundation,due to the poor management of testing institutions and the lack of government supervision,the level of testing is uneven,and the testing data is rough and suspicious.This paper introduces the experience and practice of Jiangbei new area in Nanjing,through the establishment of management documents,strengthening theinspection notification,reversing the bad situation of static load detection,achieving good results,providing reference for industry supervision.
