摘要
以青岛海天中心为依托,对T2塔楼超高层主体结构混凝土施工现状进行了梳理。通过对泵送混凝土连续浇筑过程的分析,就影响泵送混凝土浇筑连续性的潜在问题进行总结,并提出了针对性应对措施。论文建议依托可视化移动终端,建设合理的泵送混凝土浇筑实时监护系统;混凝土浇筑对大型观摩、重大会议、污染天气进行合理规避;形成项目施工区域温度预测机制;提前对混凝土浇筑相关交叉工序进行有序组织或合理避让。
Based on Qingdao Haitian Center,this paper sum marizes the current status of concrete construction of T2 tower super high-rise main structure.By analyzing the continuous pouring process of pumped concrete,the potential problems affecting the continuity of pumped concrete pouring are analyzed,and targeted countermeasures are proposed.This article proposes to build a reasonable real-time monitoring system for pumped concrete pouring based on visual mobile terminals;concrete pouring to reasonably avoid large observations,major meetings,and polluted weather;form a temperature prediction mechanism for the project construction area;in advance of the concrete pouring related to the cross process of orderly organization or reasonable avoidance.
