摘要
某高层建筑封顶后倾斜值超出规范允许值,根据勘察报告提供的基底下全填充溶洞的土参数和上部结构荷载分布不均性进行了地基变形和承载力计算。结果表明,浅层下伏全填充溶洞的地基变形和承载力均不满足规范要求,不均匀沉降是导致该建筑倾斜的主要原因。
After structure completed,one high-rise buildinginclination value exceeds the code value.According tothe soil parameters of underlying full-filled karst cave providing in the geotechnical investigation report and the upper structure load distribution,subsoil deformation and bearing capacity are calculated.The results show that subsoil deformation and bearing capacityof shallow underlying full-filled karstcavecannot meet the code requirements;differentialsettlement is themain reason of building inclination.
