摘要
本制备方法涉及混凝土外加剂领域的萘系高效减水剂生产过程。在原来采用工业萘、浓硫酸、甲醛、液碱等原材料制备萘系高效减水剂的基础上,采用单因素法对磺化和中和过程进行了工艺改进试验,通过试验室小试和车间工业化生产最终确定了一种制备方法。本制备方法有效解决了现有萘系高效减水剂生产制备过程中存在的耗时长、生产效率低、生产成本高的问题,在现实工业生产中具有积极的推广意义。
The preparation method relates to the production process of naphthalene series efficient water reducer in the field of concrete admixture.On the basis of the preparation of naphthalene series high efficiency water reducer with industrial naphthalene,concentrated sulfuric acid,formaldehyde,liquid base and other raw materials,the process of sulfonation and neutralization was improved by single factor method,and a preparation method was finally determined by laboratory test and workshop industrial production.This method can effectively solve the problems of time consuming,low production efficiency and high production cost in the production and preparation of naphthalene series high efficiency water-reducing agent.
