乡村振兴战略视阈下都市农郊县生态文明建设探颐——以S市农郊A县为分析蓝本

生态宜居是乡村振兴战略的生态价值维度,县域生态圈是都市生态圈的重要基石,为探究县域生态文明建设的现状及进阶路径,回应生态资源优势和经济发展优势的转换性问题,提供县域生态环境保护和发展的框架和启示,通过S市农郊A县的案例分析,调查研究县域生态文明建设的现状,发现隐匿着内生动力弱化、综合效益损耗、协同治理失效、建设制度失能多重现实困境。鉴于此,应该增强生态文明建设自适性,提升生态文明建设转换收益,嵌入市场运行机制,推进生态环境协同治理,优化生态考核制度。调查研究县域生态文明建设的现状及进阶路径不仅是建设美丽中国的内在要求,也是推进县域经济可持续发展的客观需要。
