林业草原干部教育培训现状及需求调查分析

摘要 为进一步做好林业草原干部教育培训工作,推进干部教育培训理念和方式方法创新,提高干部教育培训工作质量,我们设计了问卷调查表,对2000余名林业草原系统干部进行网络调查。调查显示,林草系统干部普遍自主学习意识较强,认为培训学习内容针对性较强,参与式教学效果明显,但也存在工学矛盾突出,接受脱产培训的机会少、时间短等问题。林草系统干部希望能加大脱产培训力度,培训内容兼顾政治性和专业性,理论教育结合工作实际,党性教育林草特色化,专题培训综合多种方式,能力培训紧贴履职需要,培训师资更加专业化、权威化。为此,我们建议从加强干部教育培训力度、更新干部教育培训理念、创新教学方式方法、优化培训模式等七个方面,提升林草干部教育培训质量。 In order to further improve the Forestry and Grassland cadre education and training,promote the innovation of the ideas and methods of cadre training,and improve the cadre training’s quality,we designed a questionnaire to conduct an online survey on over 2000 cadres in the Forestry and Grassland System.The investigation shows that the Forestry and Grassland System’s cadres have a strong awareness of independent learning in generally,and they think that the training and learning content is targeted and the participatory teaching effect is obvious.However,there are also some problems such as prominent contradiction between working and learning,less opportunity for training and short time.The Forestry and Grassland system’s cadres hope to increase off-the-job training,including both political and professional training,combining theoretical education with practical work,characterizing the party spirit education about the Forestry and Grassland,integrating special subject training in a variety of ways,keeping ability training close to the needs of performing their duties,and choosing professional and authoritative teachers.To this end,we propose to enhance the quality of cadre education and training by strengthening the cadre training strength,updating the training concept,innovating teaching methods and optimizing training modes.
