扶正消瘤方联合他莫昔芬治疗乳腺癌的效果及对患者免疫功能的影响

Efficacy of Fuzheng Xiaoliu Fang plus tamoxifen on breast cancer and immune function

目的:研究乳腺癌患者采用扶正消瘤方联合他莫昔芬治疗的临床效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法:临床纳入2015年8月-2017年8月期间我院收治的88例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组各44例。对照组单纯采用他莫昔芬治疗,观察组在上述基础上给予扶正消瘤方治疗。观察两组患者骨痛情况、免疫功能、肿瘤标志物水平以及不良反应情况。结果:治疗前两组患者视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05。治疗前两组患者免疫功能水平比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后观察组CD3^+、CD4^+以及CD4^+/CD8^+水平高于对照组,CD8^+水平低于对照组,P<0.05。治疗前两组患者肿瘤标志物水平比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后观察组患者肿瘤标志物恢复正常水平。两组患者不良反应包括骨痛、恶心呕吐、皮疹、白细胞减少以及血小板减少。观察组、对照组不良反应发生率比较差异均无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:扶正消瘤方联合他莫昔芬对乳腺癌患者治疗效果较好,明显增强细胞免疫功能,降低肿瘤标志物水平,不良反应较少,安全性高,值得临床应用及推广。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Xiaoliu Fang(扶正消瘤方)plus tamoxifen on breast cancer and its influence on immune function.Methods:88 breast cancer patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,44 cases in each group.The control group were treated with tamoxifen alone.The observation group was given Fuzheng Xiaoliu Fang more.Pain,immune function,tumor marker level and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the CD8+level in the observation group was lower,P<0.05.After treatment,the tumor markers in the observation group returned to normal level.Adverse reactions in both groups included bone pain,nausea and vomiting,rash,leukopenia and thrombocytopenia.There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group,P>0.05.Conclusion:Fuzheng Xiaoliu Fang and tamoxifen is effective for breast cancer,can obviously enhance the cellular immune function,reduce the level of tumor markers,with less adverse reactions and high safety,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
